Caligula (Japanese: カリギュラ, Hepburn: Karigyura) is an anime television series adaptation of the video game The Caligula Effect. High school student Ritsu Shikishima begins to unravel when he hears a strange voice obscured by static, pleading for help. He starts to realize that he is trapped in a virtual world called Mobius.
