Let’s learn how to draw Oozora Subaru from hololive 2nd Generation today!
Oozora Subaru (大空スバル) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 2nd Generation. She is a MMA and e-sports club manager, who is currently practicing her pro-gamer skills.
She has short hair and baseball fan attires, with a red and white cap turned backwards, a white and yellow-striped jersey, accompanied by a blue pea whistle. She wears a white shorts with red lining, a pair of thigh high socks, one white and the other red, and a pair of white tennis shoes with yellow laces.
She is a supremely spirited, cheerful, lively girl, extroverted and tomboyish in nature. She is confident, hardworking, and always optimistic, even in situations that would discourage most people. She can talk to anyone without breaking a sweat. This is in part because she is likely the one holo-Idol who has gone through the most trouble in her life. Her tomboyish character is often seen as more of a façade to hide her girlish nature. She can be seen as one of the brightest persons in Hololive and is one of the few members in Hololive that’s an extrovert.
Her fanbase is officially called “Suba-tomo”(スバ友). Her representative emote is an ambulance because one of her first tweets was an ambulance meme about her followers increasing. Subaru loves western movies and studied English so she can join overseas forums to talk about movies. She likes movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.

Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.

To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
If your goal is to become a real Mangaka and design your own manga characters make sure to try to draw Oozora Subaru from memory several times. Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good.
