Let’s learn how to draw Tokoyami Towa from hololive 4th Generation today!
Tokoyami Towa (常闇トワ) is a Japanese Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the Hololive 4th Generation. She is a small devil from the devil world, who joined the human society for further studies, in order to become an archdemon. She should be studying but is now addicted to gaming. She realized that the “streaming” is also a way to communicate with humans. She is now in the “trial and error” process.
Despite being a Devil, she is a sweet, kind-hearted, down to earth girl. She usually treats her viewers and fellow Vtubers with care and good-natured respect, save for the few times that she remembers to act devilish and mischievous. Even though Towa may appear sociable during collaborations with other Vtubers, she can be very shy in unfamiliar situations.
Her streams are usually wholesome and relaxing and she really enjoys herself while streaming. However, she has tendency to take the games she plays very seriously and when she is upset by how a game is going, she tends to yell in frustration and despair. She also doesn’t like horror games as she gets scared fairly easily and she is an avid FPS player. Towa also likes singing and she is well known for her powerful vocal range. Her fanbase is officially called “Kin of Tokoyami”, while in Japanese they are called “Tokoyami Kenzoku”(常闇眷) but Towa calls her fans just Kenzoku or Kin. The hat she wears is actually her pet Bibi (ビビ), a guardian and protector given to her by her mother in order to look after her during her studies. Her representative emote is a Space Invader.

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.

Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.

To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.
If your goal is to become a real Mangaka and design your own manga characters make sure to try to draw Tokoyami Towa from memory several times. Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good. This is the best way to build a huge library of manga shapes in your memory that you can use to draw and design your own manga characters ^-^.
