Pavolia Reine (パヴォリア・レイネ) is the final female Indonesian Virtual YouTuber associated with hololive, as part of the hololive Indonesia 2nd Generation. She is a Lady of the Peafowl. While studying at a magic academy, she was involved in an incident and transferred to the human world. Since then, she has been unable to use much of her magic and she can’t speak the peafowl language of this world as it is different from hers.
Reine appears as a composed, mature and elegant person and mostly calm. She doesn’t hold back to show her more gentle and down-to-earth side. Although appearing elegant and calm, she can become very emotional when angered. However, she sometimes just clowns around the stream, trying to press and interact with anything and everything interactable rapidly. As such, she often gets surprised by the smaller things, startling her for a while, before she calms down and laughs it off. She also actively tries to be more sociable with her senpais.
She is a talented artist, hosts regular Brunch streams on weekends, as well as viewer-submitted fan-fiction reading streams. Her fanbase is officially called “MERAKyats (“being humble” in Indonesian), Merak + Rakyat (Peacock + People). Members are officially called “The Royaltea” (Royalty + Tea). Reine is very knowledgeable about mechanical keyboards. Reine likes sweets, sparky things, stuffed toys, singing, drawing, reading and tea time. She doesn’t like extremely spicy food and cleaning. She speaks Indonesian and English while she is still learning Japanese. She also wants to reach 1 million subscribers, have a good relationship with her peers and seniors, release original songs, perform a song for an anime or game, become 3D and do a live performance, design her own merchandise.

As always all the blue and green lines are just construction lines and will be erased later so do not push on your pencil too much ^_^ I will try to be super efficient with the text so will only describe steps that require some explanation.
Make sure to leave enough free space on paper for next steps. You can see how much space you will need from the size of the paper on this picture.

Lighten all the construction lines by “stamping” the kneaded eraser on the paper. Make sure to refer to the picture bellow as you need to ink only some parts of the construction lines.

Wait till the ink is nice and dry and erase all the construction lines.

To add colors, make sure to sketch the color outlines with the right color or pencil first.

Always compare the drawing to the original and correct any mistakes you see. Do this till you are happy with the result. It doesn’t have to look exactly the same, don’t sweat the details. The point is that you get the main shapes right and that it looks good.
